These Terms of Engagement explain our expectations of you whether in the office environment or off-site representing Insite to clients.
Conflict of Interest and Confidentially Statement

To satisfy the requirements for independence and objectivity Insite Compliance (“Insite”) must ensure the services it provides are free from conflict of interest and that all information gathered as part of these services is maintained in the strictest confidence.
Insite CS Policies and
Procedures Manual
The Compliance Specialist Policies and Procedures manual provides an overview of our general onboarding policies and procedures. Including our expectations for conducting services on behalf of Insite, our expenses and reimbursement policy, and our email, and IT systems policies.
Wire Transfer

All new Insite compliance specialists must fill out the Insite Wire Transfer Form. Once approved by the Insite SF home office, specialists will be set up for payment. Updating account information? Be sure to check the YES box at the top of the form. Form completion is required for payments to be processed. It is the responsibility of the Compliance Specialists to update the form if their bank information changes.
Acknowledgment of Understanding of Policies and Procedures

The Insite Compliance Specialist Policies and Procedures and the Insite Compliance Specialist Expense Guidelines have been prepared for your information and understanding of the policies, philosophies, and procedures of Insite's Compliance Specialists. Please read the documents carefully. Upon completion of your review of these documents, upload your signed statement to the Insite Portal.
Compliance Specialist Badge
You must always wear your Insite badge when conducting onsite services for Insite Compliance. This badge is not just a formality, but an acknowledgment of your commitment to our compliance standards and ethics. To obtain your Insite badge, you must provide a professional headshot to the Insite San Francisco (SF) office.
Reimbursement Travel Expenses
The compliance specialist covers travel expenses upfront and is reimbursed after completing the audit and sending the final report. Specialists should exercise care in keeping travel costs as low as possible while choosing travel options that are accommodating to them. Our Expense Guidelines details our reimbursement policy.
