This page is a tracking tool for auditors to monitor the travel quotes they submitted for specific service requests and the corresponding requested dates. Please carefully review the following important points:

• "BID Accepted" Indicates that Insite has accepted your BID (Travel Quote) but is awaiting the supplier’s acceptance of the service quote.
• The audit assignments will proceed once the supplier accepts Insite's service quote (including your submitted travel quote).
• We request that auditors reserve audit dates for 10 business days from the date the BID was submitted.
• This is NOT a confirmation of assigned audits. This page is for reference purposes only and should not be considered final or binding regarding audit assignments.
